Core was founded with a clear vision: to offer practical, straightforward consultancy that keeps clients informed and in control. With over 12 years of industry experience, we bring technical knowledge, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things properly.
Our team are experienced project managers and building surveyors working alongside developers, landlords, funds, occupiers and public bodies. Our technical expertise and focus on client care drives everything we do.
Why we started Core
Big consultancies have their place. But too often, clients get pushed from person to person, answers are slow, and everything feels a bit too distant.
We created Core for the clients who want a straight-talking, reliable partner, someone who doesn’t need to be chased, doesn’t vanish after a kick-off meeting, and doesn’t treat every task like a hand-off.
We work with clarity and keep to our word. If you ask a question, you’ll get an answer, not a holding email or a vague excuse.
Too many clients tell the same story: their old consultant disappeared halfway through the job, didn’t return calls, or handed off to someone junior who was not supported. That’s exactly what we set out to change when we started Core.
